This magnificent girl is Nevermore, and she is known for regularly "quothing" the raven. Well, sort of; she doesn't really quoth poetic metaphors. Instead she just quoths things like, "you'll be saying "nevermore" to your fingers if you don't feed me right now". I would recommend obliging and not worrying too much about her lack of poetic ability. That just makes her more angry (which makes her more cute).
